Confirm the number you provided – Has to be in the format 07XX YYYYYY and in the event you have restricted your number from receiving promotional SMS , kindly change your sim settings to allow for promotional SMS. Also confirm that the email address you provided is correct so that you can receive emails.

Just change your device display settings from portrait to landscape and work with the order on Landscape Mode. You may log in to the website using a computer instead.
We are working on creating a Mobile phone App and we assure you that you will soon be experiencing a simpler, phone optimized experience once we launch this Application.

By ordering and making your payments via our portal you are guaranteed on; accountability, minimal turn-around time for the fulfillment of your order and real time support.

  • Quite easy! You can order by scanning the QR code on the flyer using a QR reader on your phone that will direct you to our website. Alternatively you could type www.alpinecoolers.co.ke directly on your phone or computer internet browser and proceed to order. We will confirm the order, delivery date and payment method.
  • We have weekly or biweekly scheduled deliveries based on the consumption and the location. However, when you sign up for our Contracted services, we will help you determine your water requirements and assign you a day and a route. It’s advisable to order enough water to last until the next delivery.
  • On average, you will realize that our home or business delivered prices are much lower than what you would pay at the retail store, in addition to the convenience of delivery to your door.

Yes, we deliver water across Kenya but you are required to place an order at least 48 hours earlier for purposes of planning. We will then contact you to let you know when we are delivering. We are always happy to deliver right to your doorstep.

  • When you place an order either through the Website you will be requested to pay through the Company’s official Lipa Na Mpesa Account before delivery of goods – which we have linked to the Safaricom Mpesa gateway to save you time when making payments…….all you have to do is Enter your Mpesa PIN, ALL the other information has already been prepopulated for you.
  • We accept Credit Cards, Cheques, EFTs and RTGS for our those who sign up for Contract Home & Office Delivery.
  • No – its not compulsory. For one off orders – Simple, just place an order through a phone call or order online and pay. We will then deliver and the transaction will end at that point, until your next order when the process will begin all over again. However , if you wish to be receiving regular , automated preset deliveries and also benefit from a wide variety of value additions and extra benefits – then you may sign up for our contract home and office delivery.
