Our story dates back to 1992 when our Company Founder Mr. Navnit M Patel had just returned to Kenya from USA, where he had gone for further studies. He identified a gap in purified bottled water in the Kenyan market, where portable and safe bottled water was scarce, if not impossible to find. The society back then, perceived pure, safe and clean bottled water as a reserve for the elites. The vast majority of the people had adapted to alternative methods of purifying drinking water such as boiling. It is against this backdrop that the idea of producing, bottling, distributing and supplying purified, safe and clean drinking water was conceived. The Founder embarked on a journey whose sole purpose was to change people’s perceptions by making pure, clean and safe drinking water available to all, a tap press away for both cold and hot water. With only a small team of five employees, a small hatchback car and a simple water purification plant, he set out to launch what was then a new concept. It involved producing, bottling, distributing and supplying Premium Pure drinking water, packaged in 18.9 Litres plastic bottles and dispensed using hot & cold water dispensers. From the inception, Alpine purposed to be customer-centric, by delivering its products to the Customers’ doorsteps thereby giving the service a unique personal touch; besides offering unmatched after sales support and servicing of the water dispensers. Having its headquarters in Industrial Area, Nairobi with two branches in Mombasa and Kisumu, Alpine has been able to distribute water across the country. It is has its own fleet of vehicles which facilitate prompt deliveries to all parts of the country to ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied. The demand for our Premium Purified drinking water has grown by leaps and bounds over the last 29 years and counting. Over the years, we have also introduced other world class water solutions to the market, all under one roof. Currently, we are privileged to serve thousands of customers from all walks of life across Kenya, with our exceptional products as we plan to expand beyond our borders in due course.
